Useful book!
I have used this book with many of my younger voice students and it is always a hit with them. Some of the songs are hard, but some are really easy, so it is a good book to use with beginners, and accomodates them as they progress. I highly recommend this book.
THE book to buy for young musical theatre fans!
If your youngster is looking to audition for musicals, or if he or she just wants to sing for fun, this is a great book to buy! The songs are not too difficult, but they are still “real” musical songs. This isn’t a book full of songs sang by cartoon characters! The accompaniment tracks are alright, too. I teach theatre and musical theatre to middle school students, and I’ve used songs out of this book a lot. I highly recommend it for the beginner.

a couple monthes ago my singing teacher sold me her extra copy of this songbook and ever since then I’ve been doing almost nothing except for songs from this book! I’ve done “Castle on a Cloud” “I Won’t Grow Up” etc.. I highly recomend this book!

When i received my package only one was in the product package the rest (5) were loose. I dimiss this because the wheel locks look new. But when i look at the threads the bottom was dirty. So i got a q-tip to clean it. I found the worst thing you can find on nut RUST! All the wheel lock nuts had RUST. Putting these wheel lock on my tires will RUST the wheel studs.

Tops for the prosumer
We used this camera to shoot our short film and it proved to be awesome. The P2 cards were a little tricky to work with, but certainly less difficult and more portable than film; without the added expense of telecine.
For the cost, we could not have gotten this level of quality otherwise. I believe its got the depth of 16mm, plus it shoots in 24p. When we saw our final projection, we were just amazed.

HVX200A is a great camera. Consider the cost.
I am now a proud owner of the Panasonic HVX200A. This camera has treated me very well since I’ve received it, although, there are some really important things to consider when making this purchase. This camera comes with many great features and great picture quality with a quick and easy workflow. The camera is somewhat heavy compared to others in it’s size class, but it’s the best quality for the price in my opinion. (next to the Sony EX1, which I have not put my hands on yet)
One thing I didn’t consider when purchasing this camera was the cost of getting it up and running. This camera comes with a great (big) price, too. P2 cards have come down in cost since the E-Series card came out, but thinking a little further into it is a must. In order to be in a run-and-gun situation there are a few more items needed. You’ll need a place to store all your footage, and with the P2 card they haven’t made it easy. There are 2 products that I would trust, although, Panasonic’s P2 Store is the lesser of the two. Nexto DI has a product that I purchased to go with my camera so I can shoot events and not have to worry about running out of space or time. $2000 Nexto=500GB, $1500 P2 Store=60GB. You decide which is better.
With my Nexto DI storage I wish I had purchased the 32GB P2 card to go with my 16GB card because of how fast it unloads. My ave. with a full 16GB card was 5 mins.
Really consider the cost when considering this camera. It might save you some time and money.

Perfect for the sort of things for which it is perfect…
The HVX remains among the best choices for prosumer HD camcorders. Previous reviewer was right to advise buyers to consider the cost. Realizing the full potential of the HVX will require at least another $2k worth of purchases, depending on what you intend to do with it. Plan to buy at least a couple P2 cards or a Firestore, an 82mm UV filter, the HVX book by Barry Green, a solid tripod, and a good case before getting started. The quality is excellent for the price, but it is overkill for most consumers.

Fabulous tool for parents, grandparents, and for teaching child development to all levels of students!
My profession is in Child Development, particularly autism, and I have been searching for many years for an effective teaching tool for parents and students that is enjoyable and informative at the same time. I have even tried rather unsuccessfully to video typically developing infants and children myself to use as tools. Nothing can even remotely compare with this series of documentaries: “To Walk”, “To Talk” and “To Think”. I cannot wait for the release of The Baby Human II which includes “To Relate” and “To Belong”.
Not only a great teaching tool, but a WONDERFUL baby shower gift!

Fabulous show… but wish they included more episodes…
This show is absolutely fascinating. It is one of the most interesting and educational shows I’ve seen about childhood development. The show does a great job of showing various experiments being done at different universities around the country and then talking about the conclusions from the experiments.
The only reason I am not rating this a 5 is because they only included 3 episodes on this DVD. I am pretty sure that there are more episodes in the series. I’d love to see the whole series on DVD.
A great source for Human Development video clips
This series of “to walk,” “to think,” and “to talk” is a great resource for child/human development. It portrays current research in a brief yet engaging manner. I use it in my Human Development course and students consistently find it helpful, informative, and interesting in demonstrating concepts and research that we’re covering. The second series of “to feel,” “to belong,” and “to relate” is also a great one.

You CAN reuse it!
I like this product very much because it looks natural and, at least in my case, blends well and leaves some strands of grey hair. I use the Dark Brown,and was afraid it would not be dark enough going by the picture on the package, but on my hair it appears darker than said picture. I am 57 (and yes, Lucy is a male), and only parts of my hair are going grey, so I don’t usually cover all my hair, leaving a lot of product left over. The main thing I want to add to the other reviews is this: the insert specifically says you can only use the product once, then must discard it and use a new tube next time. This is nonsense. The product works by reacting with air to turn dark, so all you need to do to keep it usable is keep it from hitting air. When you are done applying, remove the applicator, squeeze out every last bit of air from the tube, and replace the cap, being careful to keep a little “squeeze” on the tube while doing so, so air doesn’t get sucked back in. When you use it next time, it will look clear (if it doesn’t, air got in) and work fine. I have used each tube several times over the course of several months doing this, and it works perfectly.
Just Right!
I’m 72 and I’ve been rather fortunate with my hair. My hairline has receded some and my hair is thinner on the top, so I keep it trimmed short and it looks fine for someone of my age. I’m a little gray around the temples and “salt and pepper” elsewhere on the head and beard. My wife is considerably younger. She’s a former hairdresser and introduced me to “Just for Men” shampoo-in haircolor to manage my gray. I’m very satisfied with the product, but it took a little experimenting to get things right.
My hair is naturally dark brown, so when I first used “Just for Men” I chose that color. After dying, my hair was uniformly dark brown. It was quite a nice job, but it looked too uniformly dark for a man of my age and I thought it looked best after about three weeks when the gray was starting to reappear. After a few tries, I switched to using light-brown dye. Then my natural dark-brown hair came through as such and my gray hair were dyed light brown. It gave a nice slightly multicolored textured appearance and looked much more realistic. I was very satisfied with the appearance.
More recently, I discovered the “Just for Men Touch of Gray” product and I’ve now used it three times.
This is an excellent product and I’ve achieved splendid results. I use the medium-brown color and my hair appears just as I’d like it to be. At a distance, it looks dark. When viewed close up, it has a multiple-colored appearance with a little gray, a little lighter brown and is mostly dark brown. No one would ever guess that it was a do-it-yourself dye job. People routinely think I’m much younger (see my photo in my profile) and they’re stunned at discovering my real age.

Touch of Grey is the only way to go!
I’m 75% gray (the rest is light brown)…almost white on my sideburns. Regular hair-colorings I’ve used have a tendency to make all of my hair the same color. It looked OK after a few times trial and error, but was always self-conscience about it…come-on…most people know that 50 year old’s don’t have naturally consistent color throughout! So, I decided to give Touch of Gray a try…and it’s the product I now exclusively use! Why? It looks very natural, without that obviously dyed-hair look. Now my hair is 1/3 gray with various shades of brown throughout…while keeping the sideburns a light grey/blonde color. My hair stylist (who is an expert hair colorist) says he couldn’t do a better job himself…you really wouldn’t know it’s been colored! Also, this product doesn’t strip your hair oils out like most…actually seems to condition it. Easy to use, no mixing, I just slather it all over and comb through evenly for 5 minutes or so without worrying about the final results. The only con (but not really) is that you must use more often (every 4 weeks) to keep the color consistency. Also, when the product is applied, it turns very dark…but don’t worry, it will be OK after you shampoo it out. I like it much better than Just for Men, Grecian Formula or any other womens hair coloring product. FYI…for blonde and light-to-medium brown hair color…try Redkin’s Blonde Glam Shampoo and Conditioner. It’s pricey, but man, it gives a nice multi-tonal glimmering hair color women really seem to like. Complements Touch of Gray. I changed after my girlfriend got me hooked on it.
